Andrea Suarez- Owner, Founder, Educator, & Master Stylist
Andrea is the Founder of Gilded Salon, a salon owner, educator, and master stylist known for creating a luxury experience that still feels comfortable, effortless, and welcoming. After honing her craft in top salons and cities around the country, she returned to Tampa to build a space where elevated hair meets laid-back energy—and where every guest feels truly taken care of. Five years ago, she opened Gilded with one clear vision: exceptional hair, an unforgettable experience, and a salon culture that feels like home.
Andrea began her career at the Aveda Institute New York City and has spent years investing deeply in advanced education—traveling, training, and earning certifications in both high-level color and extensions. Her background spans major markets including New York City and Nashville, where she worked as a dedicated color + extensions specialist. She is certified in leading hand-tied methods (including IBE® and NBR™) and continues to study additional techniques so she can recommend the best fit for each individual guest—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Over the years, Andrea has used that deep foundation in hand-tied extensions to develop her own signature approach: The Gilded Way. It’s a method rooted in what matters most—hair integrity, a seamless blend, and results that look and feel effortlessly natural. Every detail is intentional, from placement to weight distribution to customization, so the final look is luxe, comfortable, and built for real life.
As an educator and mentor, Andrea is just as passionate about developing her team as she is about her craft. She continues to refine and expand Gilded’s extension offerings by actively training and educating on new methods—including K-Tips—so the salon stays at the forefront while always prioritizing what’s healthiest and most flattering for each guest.

Molly Jebson - Salon Manager + Senior Stylist
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Molly is Gilded Salon’s Salon Manager + Senior Stylist with 5+ years of experience and a gift for creating hair that feels effortless, polished, and completely you. Her specialties include lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional brunettes, and hand-tied extensions—think soft, seamless dimension with grow-out that stays gorgeous for weeks.
Molly is deeply committed to continued education and is always refining her technique through advanced color trainings with some of the industry’s most respected artists, including Danial M, Natalie McKell, Amelia Jane, and more. That dedication shows in her work: bright-but-blended blondes, rich brunettes with depth, and extension installs that look incredibly natural and feel weightless.
She also apprenticed under founder Andrea at Gilded Salon—learning the signature standards and elevated approach that make every appointment feel intentional and luxe. As a salon educator (and the behind-the-scenes heartbeat of the space), Molly brings a calm, caring energy to every guest experience—making sure you feel taken care of from consultation to final style.
Off-duty, Molly stays busy spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, enjoying fun cocktails, and cuddling on the couch with her Golden Retriever, Stanley.

Victoria Fernandez- Senior Stylist
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Victoria is a Color Specialist with 10 years of experience and a passion for creating hair that feels elevated, wearable, and so you. Her specialties include lived-in color, dimensional brunettes, and high-impact blonding—from soft brightness that grows out beautifully to bold, statement blondes that still feel refined.
Victoria is deeply committed to continued education and is always leveling up her technique through advanced classes with some of the industry’s most respected artists, including @nataliemckell, @braggnbeauty, @danielmhair, @tayahair, @ameliajanehair, and @kiannahair. That dedication shows in her work: thoughtful placement, flawless blends, and tones that look incredible in every light.
She also apprenticed under Andrea at Gilded—learning the signature standards and techniques that make every transformation feel intentional and luxe.
Off-duty, Victoria’s in her favorite role—spending time with her little family: her boyfriend Adam and their dog Murphy.

Karissa Carroll- Senior Stylist
Karissa is Gilded’s Color + Extensions Specialist, known for her social energy, enthusiastic vibe, and a true gift for making hair feel like you again—only elevated. Originally from **Clifton Park, she brought her talent to South Tampa after a year in New York’s styling scene. She earned a business management + marketing degree from **University at Albany, SUNY and graduated from **Paul Mitchell The School in 2020—so she brings both creative artistry and a sharp eye for the full client experience.
Karissa is certified in hand-tied extensions and is currently perfecting our exclusive Gilded Extension Method, specializing in seamless blends, confident color, and that “how is this even possible?” transformation.
And fun fact: Karissa actually moved to Colorado for a bit—but she came back because she missed her clients that much. She genuinely loves the relationships she builds in the chair and believes great hair should make you feel more like yourself—confident, beautiful, and in control of your look.
When she’s not transforming hair, you’ll find her with her puppy Shai or posted up at the beach with friends.

Marissa Day- Senior Stylist
Marissa Day is a Senior Stylist + Salon Educator at Gilded, specializing in blondes, brunettes, and extensions—the kind of elevated, seamless work that looks effortless but is anything but. With 10+ years of experience, advanced color education, and multiple extension certifications + trainings, Marissa is known for creating dimensional color that grows out beautifully and extensions that blend so naturally they feel like your own hair—just better.
As a salon educator, Marissa loves sharing knowledge and helping elevate the craft—staying on top of trends, refining technique, and bringing that next-level expertise into every client experience.
Off-duty, she’s all about time with her husband and daughter Kendall, and shopping is always a yes. She’s a music lover through and through—always looking for the next concert, a dance floor, or a fun night out—plus any excuse to be with friends + family.

Jess Campos- Stylist
Originally from Colorado, Jess has always felt more at home by the ocean than in the mountains—which is exactly what brought her here. With an artistic spirit and a love for creativity, she knew from a young age that hair was her calling (starting with plenty of very impromptu “haircuts” on childhood dolls). For Jess, styling is more than a service—it’s therapy, self-expression, and a confidence shift you can feel the second you leave the chair.
Outside the salon, she’s usually with her 10-year-old dog and best friend who’s been by her side through every chapter of adulthood. She’s also passionate about fitness and modeling—two creative outlets that keep her inspired, energized, and always evolving.
Though naturally introverted, Jess truly comes alive in the salon. She’s all about creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and genuinely excited about your hair—because the experience should feel just as good as the results.

Maddie Sumiejski-Stylist
Meet Maddie, a detail-obsessed stylist known for effortlessly elevated hair—think seamless hand-tied extensions, soft lived-in blondes, and rich, glossy dimensional brunettes that look luxe. She assisted under Andrea and has spent the last two years behind the chair refining her technique with a focus on natural-looking enhancement, custom placement, and that “you, but upgraded” finish.
Maddie’s especially passionate about extension color matching and continued color education, which means your blend is intentional, your tone stays dreamy, and your grow-out always feels wearable.
Off-duty, she’s usually with friends + family, headed to Pilates, or at home with her little crew—three cats and one dog.

Brooke Boisclair- Stylist
Brooke proudly calls Tampa home after making the move in 2019—and she’s been building her beauty career here ever since. Her love for the industry started early, inspired by her mom (a salon/spa director). Growing up, Brooke’s favorite pastime was watching people get pampered and styled—falling in love with the artistry, the confidence shift, and the care that goes into making someone feel their absolute best.
Now as a Stylist at Gilded, Brooke brings that same heart into every appointment—thoughtful, detail-driven, and always focused on creating a feel-good experience from start to finish.
When she’s not in the salon, she’s fully in her Florida era: dog swims at Picnic Island Park, laid-back Sunday cookouts by the pool, and soaking up time with friends—those little moments that keep her inspired and connected.

Kylee Lane- Stylist
Meet Kylee, a Dade City native with a lifelong love for all things beauty. She began her journey at Summit Salon Academy in Tampa and knew early on this was exactly where she was meant to be. Now as a stylist at Gilded, Kylee is focused on perfecting her craft, growing her skills, and making every guest feel confident, cared for, and completely obsessed with their hair.
Outside the salon, she’s usually chasing sunshine—by the water or at the beach (her happy places)—or getting creative with a new DIY project with friends. And at home? Kylee’s basically running a small farm: 11 animals strong, including four dogs, two cats, two pigs, two donkeys, a horse, and now a baby on the way!
With beauty, creativity, and a whole lot of heart behind everything she does, Kylee is on a mission to keep learning—and keep elevating every experience she’s a part of.

Mary- Salon Apprentice
Meet Mary, our apprentice stylist at Gilded with a fresh eye, a calm energy, and a serious love for learning the craft the right way. She’s an Aveda Institute graduate (Class of 2024) and is currently continuing her education at Gilded—soaking up advanced technique, refining the details, and growing behind the chair every day.
Originally from Girdwood, Mary made the move to **Florida three years ago—and she still brings that outdoorsy, sun-chasing spirit with her. Off-duty, you’ll find her outside whenever she can (bonus points if there’s water involved), working out, reading, baking something sweet, and spending time with friends + family… usually with a dog nearby.

Joslyn Hetrick- Salon Apprentice
Meet Joslyn, our apprentice stylist with a soft spot for effortless, lived-in blondes and that “just got back from vacation” glow. She loves creating bright, dimensional blondes through balayage, then finishing everything off with the perfect gloss + tone for that seamless, silky shine. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll also find her refining her haircutting skills—because the details are what make the look feel truly elevated.
Joslyn has been doing hair for 2 years since graduating cosmetology school and is currently growing her craft at Gilded, learning, assisting, and leveling up every day.
Off-duty, she’s all about movie nights, beach days, painting, and soaking up time with friends + family.
